We specialise in installation of all roll formed profiles for long run iron roofing and cladding. We recommend long run roofing iron for new home roofs, finished with quality New Zealand-made COLORSTEEL and ColorCote. We guide you through the roofing process and as Licensed Building Practitioners (LPB) we take care of work sign off for building consents.

We also have our own in-house edge protection system, and our scaffold service on hand when required for your job.

We recommend Continuous COLORSTEEL Spouting for new and existing homes. Used in new residential subdivisions and existing homes, this is a long-lasting product, is easily installed and provides a seamless finish.

Because we use continuous rolling machines for spouting installation each length is measured on the house, dramatically reducing waste and product cost for our customers. Using Continuous Spouting provides a quick and efficient install, and with few joins and added components, labour costs are also significantly reduced. We also provide and install PVC and Marley Stratus products.

We provide a full chimney inspection, assessment, and removal service and as Licensed Building Practitioners we’re able to carry out any building work that is required. We’ll ensure your home is weathertight, all safety procedures are followed, and your property is looked after throughout the entire process.

Our service includes repair to all internal and external areas affected by the chimney removal, and we work in with other trades if the job is part of a renovation project. We can also advise if you need additional consents from your council for the work.

Asbestos Removal

We offer a full and safe asbestos removal service. The safety of our clients, their neighbours and our team are paramount to us. We use an asbestos management plan to ensure safe removal and disposal. We involve you in this plan and keep you informed throughout the process.

Asbestos, used in buildings constructed between 1940 and 2005, can be present in both external and internal construction materials. Examples of its use include in ceiling insulation, textured ceilings, lagging, cladding and roofing, spoutings, and gutters.

For specific base material thickness (BMT) and color availability, please inquire directly with our team. By manufacturing flashings in-house, we maintain strict control over accuracy and significantly reduce project turnaround times. This approach allows us to avoid delays often associated with waiting for external suppliers, ensuring your roofing project stays on schedule and meets the highest standards of quality.

De Boer Torch on Membrane

The Equus SOPREMA DuO Two Layer Roofing System is a two-layer torch applied membrane designed for use on exposed architectural flat roofs, podium decks, balconies, and terraces. It offers a superior waterproofing system that is both UV resistant and flexible.

DuO roofing membrane provides a hard, stable, UV-resistant, and flexible modified bituminous product, finished with pressed coloured natural slates to provide an aesthetically pleasing finish. The roofing system is suitable for both new builds, and roof refurbishments.

The system has been assessed and complies with the New Zealand Building Code, and holds a current BRANZ appraisal. The basesheet and capsheets used for each system are specifically selected based on the requirements of the project, including substrate, weather conditions, and use of the area. These include fully torched, no flame glue, mechanically fastened, and root resistant options.

This system can be used on plywood and concrete substrates to form a standard cold roof system. Our supplier offers a warranty period of up to 25 years on all Duo membrane systems.
